I'm gluten intolerant/vegan/allergic...

We strive to not only accommodate dietary restrictions but to continue to stun your tastebuds even if you can't eat cheese, tomatoes, peanuts, or wheat. Please ask your server about our current selection of gluten-free baked goods or let them know if you have specific dietary requirements.

Do you take reservations?



No we do not. While we strive to accommodate parties of any size, our restaurant is fairly small and we cannot gurantee we will have table space. Please plan accordingly.

Do you have WIFI?
 

Nope. Again, our restaurant is fairly small and we just don't have the space to have people sitting around on their computers for hours.

Do you serve organic/local/biodynamic...

Yes, but not entirely. We use suppliers that grow or raise their goods using sustainable and healthful methods as much as possible while still keeping prices reasonable for our customers.

Are you associated with Taos Pueblo?

​

Yes, our head chef is Anthony Archuleta from the Taos Pueblo. We also buy some of our produce and blue corn from seasonal producers at Taos Pueblo.
